It includes an oil and filter change, air and pollen filters, a check of brakes, tyres, suspension, steering, lights and fluids, and a free digital health check with photos. Nothing extra is done unless you approve the price.
What we do
The full service is the annual one. The engine oil and oil filter are changed with the grade your manufacturer specifies, the air filter and pollen filter are replaced, and every fluid is checked and topped up. Brakes, tyres, suspension, steering, lights, wipers, the battery and the exhaust are all inspected, and you get the findings on your phone with photos.

Everything the digital health check covers: tyre tread and pressures, brake pad and disc wear, any leaks, the state of the battery, and anything the technician spots that you should know about. Each item is marked green, amber or red, and anything red or amber comes with a fixed price to put right — for you to approve or decline.

- No. Block exemption rules let you service a car under warranty at an independent garage as long as the manufacturer's schedule and parts of matching quality are used. We use them, and we stamp the book.
- Do I need a full or an interim service?
- If it is a year since the last service, or you drive more than about 12,000 miles a year, a full service. An interim service is the six-month one in between.
- How long does it take?
- Usually a couple of hours. You are welcome to wait, or drop it off for the morning.
