One price, agreed before we start
You get a written fixed price covering parts and fitting. If we find something else once we are into the job, work stops and you get a second price to approve separately. Nothing lands on your invoice that you have not already said yes to.

- Do you use genuine parts?
- Genuine or OE-grade as standard. If a cheaper option is sensible for the age of the car we will offer you both and let you pick.
- Can you get the car recovered to you?
- Yes. Ring us and we will arrange it. Do not drive a car you think is unsafe.
- Is there a guarantee on the work?
- Yes — parts and labour are guaranteed. The terms of repair set out how long for each type of job.
- What if I decline the quote?
- You pay for the inspection and nothing else, and you leave knowing exactly what is wrong with your car.
