Most people have had the phone call: the car is in bits, the bill has doubled, and saying no is no longer really an option. This is how we make sure that call never happens.
- 01Book online in a minuteYour reg, what it needs, when. An MOT is £54.95: paid in full when you book, so there is nothing to settle on the day. For quoted work: £20 held on your card to book the slot. Nothing is taken unless you do not turn up, and it is released when you do.
- 02We look properlyOn the ramp, plugged in, road-tested if the fault needs it. We find the cause, not the symptom, and we measure rather than guess.
- 03You get one price, in writingParts and fitting, one figure, with the measurement that explains why. It arrives on your phone. Approve it or decline it in your own time.
- 04You pay the price you agreedNot a penny more. If we find something else mid-job, work stops and you get a separate price to approve.
