You get the DVSA's list of what failed and why, with photos from us of anything we think you should see. We price the repairs as a fixed figure and send it to your phone. You approve it or you don't. If you approve, we do the work and retest. If you would rather take it elsewhere, that is fine too — the certificate and the failure notice are yours.
