Bookings made through the website are governed by our garage terms, which you accept when you confirm a booking. We keep prices and information on this site up to date, but a price shown is confirmed only when a booking is confirmed or an estimate is issued. Vehicle details we display come from public and licensed data sources and may occasionally be out of date; check them when you book.
4. Your account and links we send you
We do not require you to create an account. Links we send you to manage a booking or approve an estimate are personal to you; do not share them.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use this website to make bookings you do not intend to keep, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access data that is not yours.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to ONEFIX GARAGE LTD or its licensors. Vehicle data is used under licence from its providers.
7. Third-party links
Links to other sites (maps, reviews, the DVSA) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from the website being unavailable or from information on it that is out of date, provided we have taken reasonable care.
