How much does a full service cost at ONEFIX?
A full service at ONEFIX is priced at from £120 + VAT. That figure is quoted in writing before we start, so you know exactly what you're paying before you agree to it.
What do I actually get for that price?
Every service at ONEFIX — full or otherwise — includes a written digital vehicle health check with photographs. That means you get a record of what was checked and what it looked like, not just a tick on an invoice. If the health check turns up anything that needs attention beyond the service itself, that's quoted separately in writing, and it's your decision whether to go ahead. Nothing is carried out without your approval.
Why isn't the price exactly the same for every car?
The fixed price is quoted against the actual car you're booking in, which is why we ask for the registration before confirming the figure, rather than quoting one number for every vehicle regardless of what it is.
Is a full service the same as an MOT?
No — they're different jobs with different prices, and a full service doesn't include an MOT test. If your MOT is also due, book both and we'll confirm each price in writing separately.
Will you tell me my car needs work it doesn't actually need?
The health check reports what we find, and anything beyond the service itself is written up and quoted separately rather than just carried out. You see it before you decide, and you're free to say no to any of it.
Do I need to book, or can I just turn up?
Book ahead — a booking is held with a small refundable card hold, released as soon as you turn up for the appointment. That reserves the slot for the work your car actually needs.

ONEFIX is at Plas Acton Garage, 282 Chester Road, Wrexham, LL12 8DU. We're open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:00, and closed at weekends.
